A little bit about me: Coach Chelsea. Founder of The Balancing Bean
I’m a nutritionist, with more than 10 years in the field. After dabbling in body building as a hobby – I decided to get NASM certified for personal training and health coaching. I’ve been coaching virtually for the past 5 years, and it has been the most REWARDING career I could have ever imagined.

I am no stranger to weight loss struggles as I too, like many women, gained weight after having my daughter Mia (who is now 10!). I struggled to not only lose the weight but to feel like myself again – so that’s why I created The Balancing Bean, and my P.A.C.E program that helped me lose 30 pounds in less than 2 months.

Now I am able to help women all around the world finally reach their weight loss and fitness goals! I have already helped more than 100 women lose weight effortlessly, and continue to live out my passion for creating change.
This program is absolutely incredible. I had tried EVERYTHING until I found Chelsea, and she was able to help me finally get a handle on things and get my health back on track.
